King Blue is a two-tower project located at King West and Blue Jays Way, in the epicentre of Toronto’s King Street West neighbourhood. After the first tower sold, the Easton’s Group of Hotels was approached and then sold the King Blue Toronto to Fortune 500, Shanghai-based company, Greenland Holding Group Co.
