At the intersection of Yonge and Steeles where Toronto, Markham, and Vaughan collide, is 7028 Yonge, the proposed site of a 3-tower development featuring 1902 residential units, a 7-storey hotel, retail, and restaurant/café, and lounge space. The three towers, 50, 56 and 65-storeys high, would be anchored by a 7-storey, U-shaped podium housing the hotel space, as well as over 16,640 sq. ft of ground-level retail space, located in three separate units.
To both complement and support the current, and incoming density to the GTA’s top three municipal employment hubs, this development plan has also dedicated a section of the ground floorplate to accommodate an entrance, and direct access to a future subway station stop on Steeles, along the $5.6B expansion project of the Yonge North Subway line.
